Once in a great country lived a race of great entrepreneurs And in that great land lived great scholars Who were ruled by great leaders who were great visionaries They had what we dont have now The wisdom of truth And the knowledge of facts They didnt have a religion But rather a way of life They had less problems As they had more solutions And their solutions never transformed Into massive problems. They were a happy race They were self sufficient and rich too They were not greedy and never fought And they trusted and believed in all For those who came from far away lands Conquered plundered and killed them Still they could never win over them The conquerors merged and became one of them But newer ones still came And the great land faced violence without a pause And a thousand years passed The people lost their skill Lost their belief And their talent What remains are old remnants from past Which they dont know what it is And the newer race tries to make a meaning out of the lost treasure The land remains And so do the decendants But it no longer has the knowledge Nor the wisdom of truth Nor the scholars Or the entrepreneurs Its just called India . ...
