Once in a while I’ll wake up with a new song in my head, and I’ll be singing it on the guitar 90 minutes later; The Long Way Around was one of these songs. Mary and I have each been married twice before, so we came into this relationship with caution, but also with a mutual agreement that we were going to do this one differently. We are grateful for the path each has taken to get to this point in our lives, and we understand that we work through any issues together, and we have really learned how to do that well.
