Once upon a time there was a girl with a dream. She cooked and baked and fed her friends and dreamed of the day when she could open a little bakeshop in a friendly neighborhood. One day a sweet angel told her about a contest where budding businesses could win financing and support to open in downtown Biddeford. So with a little push from her friends, the girl applied and soon her proposal was accepted. Now shes in Phase 2 of the contest, writing a business plan and developing the details. The dream is taking shape and while there are still many steps and maybe a few hurtles along the way, the girl and her gal are doing everything in their power to make the dream a reality, and inviting all their friends to share in the journey. Part of the challenge is building a following of 500 likes by January, so if you enjoy outrageous biscuit breakfast sandwiches, sweet and savory scones, pies and artisan breads; if you believe in fairy tales and dreams; if you want to support local business and Main Street revitalization; if you want a place to find delicious gluten free and vegan treats, or if you just feel like doing something nice, like us now, and tell all your friends.
