One Malaysian has won a Global Impact Competition (and a US$30K scholarship) with an idea that could affect over a million people in the next five years – hes suggesting that our personal details, travel plans, even medical records be stored in our passports, and that the information be turned over to a country as soon as we confirm our trip there, in order to lessen the immigration time on arrival.
