One Sidney Matlhare asked Dan Madibana to stand in tomorrow s Hellen Mathipa ANCYL BAGM. Then Dan called me to inform me that he is only available if Sidney can convene a head count session to confirm support from members. Now as I speak they counted 61 members in a branch that need 53 to form quorum. And now Dan confirmed his availability as branch Chair.
