One additional thought from last night no surprise that UK dominated more in the second half than the first. The whole thought process is to wear the team down. We saw this against Buffalo. This didnt happen against Grand Canyon. They threw something different at them in the second half and factor in they werent feeling concerned about the ending, gave us a result of an ugly half. Despite we having a more experienced team than normal, it is still lacking experience compared to most teams. Not factoring in Willis and Hawkins , we have the following breakdown of minutes: 0% seniors 20% juniors 40% sophomores 40% freshman So when someone throws at us something unique, we may have a little more difficulty dealing with it because of the youth. Once they learn to handle the unique styles as a team, they will be able to handle the wrinkle thrown at them. The bottom line is our ceiling for growth is still higher than the average team. I hope the mid majors keep throwing bizarre looks at us, I would rather learn at home against them, than see it on the road or in the ncaa tourney for the first time.
