One big sheet of ice. Great job Cherokee County! Now, Id like to hear a Northerner make fun of us...I might just go all red neck on you. You see, southern states are not equipped like yours nor does it happen enough for the right people to take the weather man serious. So we get scared and frustrated because of the situations we get placed in. Our roads are a mess and people are still stranded or walking. So make your jokes and stupid comments now, knowing thousands of people were stuck on the roads last night and some still our, families were separated worried about their loved ones, people were hurt, accidents everywhere, children on buses scared and wanting mom & dad. I couldnt get to one of my own children but thankful someone else could and I know shes safe. Our situation is no joke and we dont want your pitty but its aggravating to hear your snide comments about we should quit our whinning we dont know what real snow is. Grow up and feel something for other people going through a stressful situation. We didnt chose this...it is what it is and we have no control. So how bout give us a break huh? Its not the people who should be making fun of but rather the state & county officials for not trying to prevent these things from happening.
