One day I hope all technology falls off the face of planet. Go back to having to use Lan lines. Cant go online with a phone in your hand. Listen to the annoying dial up tone when your computer tries to connect to the internet. Go back to way it used to be when advertising was about getting off your butt and going out promoting your business. Or having to walk into a place and ask questions instead of sending a message via facebook or any other social media. If you wanted to hear about someones life story and shitty day you had to see them in person or have them call your house. Instead of reading about it. Im not saying social media is bad. It has helped greatly with businesses, bands, and etc. But honestly, what about all the popular or non popular business back in day that started with no social media, old fashion advertisement, that still are in business today. It goes to show how lazy our generation has gotten, and how the internet has taken up our lives. More than 90% of the people I know wake up and grab their phones first thing in morning. And barely put it down during the day. You cant enjoy life to the fullest every day like it should be when you constantly have your phone, laptop, tablet, etc etc plastered to your face. I would love to see everything shut down for a week and see how people react. Now to top it all off and end this post, I cant wait till after the wedding when we go to hocking hills and have no cell service. To be able to enjoy the woods and wildlife without our phones going off every 2 minutes will be so calming and peaceful.
