One day a week my coach has me doing bar work... Lots of big lifts that create a killer total body workout... This is a push jerk to squat....high intensity and before these I did strict standing barbell shoulder press....so my working load isnt all that heavy.... Start with just the bar if its a new movement for you....add these into shoulder day for some intensity if you need to spice things up!! Train hard yall!! Love. Sweat. Grit.
