One imortant lessen I Iearned regarding the longivity of any organization is the value of respect for each and every member belonging in such organization. When you have people within the group saying ill things about their colleauges, especially behind their backs, that is a never healthy thing. Time and memorial has been witness to the many organizations that have failed and crumbled because of those bad values inflicting grudges or or even hate within the group. People impose hate with one another because of failure to communicate. I pity and feel sorry for people who have nothing good to say about others. Im not mad, just sad that it will always be a vicious cycle. I do however admire people who genuinely want the best for their organization, fostering respect and harmony with their fellow brother. To me, an organization will stand the test of time when the people behind it foster respect with one another. #thatswhyimnolongeraround
