One in four young Australians currently has a mental health condition. Breakdown: 26.4% of Australians aged 16 to 24 currently have experienced a mental health disorder in the last 12 months. This figure includes young people with a substance use disorder. This is equivalent to 746,000 young people today. The World Health Organisation estimates that depression will be the number one health concern in both the developed and developing nations by 2030. Let that shit sink in and try to explain to me why more and more and more people every year are developing these illness? Also R.I.P to the person that took there life near Croydon today, I just hope wherever they are now is a happier place than this world we live in.
