One key ingredient to successful weight loss is making small progressive changes. Especially changes in what we eat regularly. We ALL eat at LEAST one thing on a regular basis or even daily that prevents us from successfully losing weight. At first for me that was REGULAR SODA/ SOFT DRINKS/ POP. Eliminating those were my very first step. Name ONE food/drink YOU eat regularly/daily that you KNOW is impeding you from losing weight? Seriously, I want you to post it here.
