One more plug for my previous post about Building Stars... Ive had no replies so far, but I am not posting the details of Building Stars for my own benefit. Id like to point some applicants my brothers way, because they are expanding into Springfield. In St.Louis, people are falling over each other to get into a franchise there because there is word of mouth going around that people are realistically making 40k, with the highest income of 80k owning their own business. Building Stars franchises cost money to own, usually done with payments, but there are no established franchises here, and as they are anxious to get going in Springfield, they are willing to REALLY work with people on the expense/payments. This is a real opportunity to go from applying for whatever jobs are out there to working for yourself, and it does cost money, but were talking about a few weeks paychecks to own your own business, with someone who is willing to work with you on the cost so that they can get some businesses up amd running. This is for mature, hard workers, responsible people. Because youre your own boss. You dont show or dont do the work in an acceptable manner, you wont succeed, and wont get paid. You will be making money enough to pay the payments and live on if you just do what you would do at any job.... show up, work, do your best. It is physical work, using floor scrubber/waxer type machines, but it is not gonna kill you like working in a coal mine or something. You are trained, and all the clients are lined up for you. You get paid a certain amount per nights work, so the harder/more efficiently you work, the more per hour you are making. You could reasonably expect to get the equivalent of $15-25 per hour of work or more depending on how efficiently you work and how long it takes you to do a job. These are just ball park ideas of what you can expect, so dont quote me on anything. All i want to do is pass along something that might be something great for you. All I can say is if you think you could clean commercial buildings, then take a leap of faith and pm me with your number and I will have my brother Kyle call you. He will explain all the details. There are no catches, no hidden whatever. He is an honest person, and if he doesnt think you could handle the work or it would be risky for you to do, he wont even offer you a franchise. See my previous post for more details... This is not selling Avon or whatever where you are taking a huge gamble. If you can work and stay with it, you can make good money. Hope someone benefits from this.
