One of 2 new commercials promoting Cover Oregon, the health insurance exchange in Oregon. Premium subsidies will only available for Oregon plans offered on the exchange. Plans on the exchange will be available for enrollment beginning October 1, 2013 for individuals, families, self employed and small groups. Large group enrollment will be available at a later time. It is reported by The Oregonian that the initial Cover Oregon marketing budget contract has cost taxpayers nearly $10 million.
