One of my Sisters looking to relocate to Chicago was looking at rent prices. She called and said, Nina, how do yall pay those high rents up there? I said, See, its November now, after October 15 they cant really turn off your heat, lights or water, so as long as you keep them on til October 15th youre good until around March the next year depending on the temperature before you have to pay those bills. So now, you can catch up to rent or mortgage. But be careful, dont fall more than two months behind in rent or mortgage. By the time they try to take you to court and set you out you been done paid it! But then guess what??? You ballin with your taxes into the new year! So you can make a payment arrangement with a portion of your taxes and still ball out like you always rollin! Yup! Thats how summa us pay these high rents up here! 😁😳😜 Haaaaaaaaaaa Stop me when Im lying yall. Nope, Cant play brand new!
