One of my closest friends suggested that we become accountability partners in toning up. We arent big fans of exercising for the sake of it. Dancing, long walks, and movement that feels free is more of our thing. Exercise has always felt like such a tedious chore, so to keep motivated we chose a few YouTube videos that are short in length and target specific zones. Below are links to a 5 minute arm strengthening video, and a 15 minute lower body workout. Shes a great accountability partner because we have a similar energy. We both adore ballet and all things graceful, so exercises that relate to dance work best. Also, we dont do well with boot camp style pressure or competition. This is working because we appreciate and respond to gentle support and motivation, and most of all were having fun with it. Im looking forward to the results!
