One of my favorite pictures of Dad and me. Suddenly onThursday after serving lunch to the Seniors at St Jeromes, he sat down at the table and breathed his last breath. To sum my Dad up into one word is easy Committed. After the untimely death of his father he was committed to supporting his mom and three siblings. After meeting my Mom, he was committed for life, almost 60 years of marriage. He taught me the meaning of working hard for what you want. Throughout our entire life he was always there to help, even if he didnt know you. After retirement he committed himself to serving others in need. Dad I really need one more hug from you. I guess Ill have to wait until I see you again. To that point, after reading this, turn to whoever is next to you and hug them now. Dad, Rest in Peace, you deserve eternal rest with our God the Father......I know you will continue whatching over all of us. I love and miss you so much.....
