One of my youngest students who has trained with me for about 6 - TopicsExpress

One of my youngest students who has trained with me for about 6 months now and is also a Krav Maga expert, did something yesterday that I was not expecting. During a drill where a target is charging at you, he encountered what he thought might be a Type 1 or 2 malfunction. He instinctively and very quickly conducts a Tap, Rack and Roll to clear his gun only to uncover that what he had was a Type 3 malfunction. Realizing that he had a non-working Firearm and a threat charging at him, his instincts kicked-in again and he reacted by punching the threat in the throat with his firearm. Although this is not a practice I teach nor recommend, I had to praise his instinct to survive in a gun fight. I thought I would share this one with you all.
