One of our client 100% foreign owned subsidiary a leading pharmaceutical multinational company is looking for a Regulatory Manager as follow; *Job Title : Regulatory Manager *Position : Manager (Bujang) *Target Age : Late ‘30s Early ‘40s *Gender : Female or Male *Location : Down Town *Limited to pharmaceutical industry field *PURPOSE & RESPONSIBILITIES; -To study, plan, manage, coordinate regulatory issues in Korea and provide regulatory guidance for pharmaceutical affairs including product transaction in the market. -This role needs to initiate the projects by close communication with sales & marketing, logistics, finance for product launching, transfer and acquisition. Also needs to watch out regulatory environment and manage risk factors. It includes management budget for regulatory projects. -Development (ad hoc base with cooperation of Business Development Team) -To study, plan product commercialization. -This role includes cooperation and communication with regional staffs and principals. And also propose market feasibility study, sales & distribution and initiate the contract with principals -Review and study regulatory feasibility including price feasibility -Develop regulatory strategy for prospective products including regulatory timeframe -Propose regulatory services to principals -Coordinate regulatory issue with commercial issue -Provide regulatory requirements for Principals -Manage the project process and control the out-sourcing -Keep update the regulatory issues for pharmaceuticals and medical devices and manage the risk factors -Communicate with internal staffs related to the each project to keep the regulation -Initiate project from registration timeframe -Evaluate the P&L -Study market feasibility /price feasibility -Communicate with principals and initiate & coordinate contract issue Coordinate commercial issues with regulatory issues | *REQUIREMENT ; -BS/MS Degree in pharmacy or equivalent -Pharmacists license -Minimum 8~10 years experienced in RA for pharmacy products -Multinational Pharma company experience preferred *SKILL; -A strong communication leadership organization skills with an ability to adapt. -Negotiation skill and aggressiveness. -Self starter and excellent customer service skills. -Excellent presentation & facilitation skills. -Excellent interpersonal skills, advance level of enthusiasm and self motivation. -Good manner, good chemistry. -Multi-functional Team work & good relationship. -Fluent written and spoken English.(Must) -Proficiency Ms -Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet etc. *Salary; Negotiable maybe 85~100~110 million KRW per year *Those who are interested in this opportunity, please contact us submit your resume in English by e-mail.
