One of the best day today for me.... we operated a rare japan disease called moya moya...bypass surgery for the brain., and trapped another giant pseudo aneurysm by ligating carotid in the neck and clipped intracranially at ophthalmic segment without producing any deficit.... I was a part of the team ... .... my mentor dr Manas Panigrahi sir does magic .... thank u sir.... many more happy returns of the day mano..
