One of the crazy next door neighbours tried to get my attention as I was walking down stairs to my place....I had head phones on and tried to move to the side....he put his hand on my arm, and stood in front of me sayingwont you talk to me pretty lady....am so upset ....Why do men think if you are a woman without a man walking next to you/live alone they have the right to even address you...let alone try and grab my my arm.....I almost grabbed a brick and smashed him with it....I ran inside and am sitting here working out what to do next???? He has no idea who he is dealing with.....I can only get pushed SO BLOODY FAR
