One of the difficulties with a fitness change is that for AGES and AGES, you think that what you are doing is not making an impact. I can tell you, that having kept with it for over 18 months, there are changes happening in you right now that you will not see for a long time. Those changes are primarily mental, the physical follows in due course. Do NOT stop. Do NOT give up. LISTEN to those who have come before you, intently. Most importantly, REALISE that the fact that you have simply committed to the change is the single most important step that you will take, the rest will consistently take care of itself once you believe in YOU. I completely believe in you. :-) Dx
