One of the first places I photographed when I embarked on my photographic journey (not so long ago) was Long Jetty, on the NSW Central Coast. I met up with a group of people I didnt know but who were keen to share their knowledge, passion and enjoyment of photography, so I was introduced to photography in an environment of fun and mateship, which I believe typifies the Aussie spirit. So my Australia Day photo is of Long Jetty as, not only is it an iconic place to photograph on the Coast, it remains one of my favourite places to shoot. #OOAKAustraliaDay
