One of the guys I work with had to go to the hospital soon after we started work. He was dizzy and dry heaving. He had been working on a roof all day without food and apparently not enough water. The word is he may have suffered a heat stroke as his heart is inflated. I hope is okay. 26 is waaay too young for that but as a reminder, please be safe in this heat. Drink plenty of water and try to keep your core at a neutral temp. Being in the heat and then going into ultimate cold shocks the body into chaos.
