One of the important missions that Jesus left with the church was to MAKE DISCIPLES (Matthew 28). To encourage that, we have a program of discipleship to teach every individual the basics of growing as a disciple of Jesus. This program involves our FOUNDATION CLASSES which are designed to be taken in order to equip you as a disciple. We are offering three of these classes this Fall and ALL of them have CHILD CARE available! We encourage you to make time this Fall and join one of these groups. Class 101 – Mosaic Essentials This basic introduction to our church family is designed to clearly explain who and what our church is and how you can belong to a church. The class covers a review of our commitment to Christ, the importance of baptism and communion, the mission, vision, core values of Mosaic, as well as the philosophy of ministry of Mosaic that makes us unique from other churches. As an option, you can choose to become a member of Mosaic at the completion of this class. Class 201 – Mosaic Enrichment This class deals with the basics of spiritual growth and focuses on the four basic habits every Christian needs to grow to spiritual maturity: Time in Gods Word, Prayer, Giving and Fellowship. Class 201 will equip you with the skills you need to begin these four habits as well as the tools you need to continue these habits. Class 301 – Mosaic Utilization God didn’t design ministry for just a few committed people. We believe that every member of our church is a minister and this is what Class 301 is all about: how to serve God. This course is designed to assist believers to discover their spiritual gifts, talents, and personality traits. Further, Class 301 will mobilize you into your place of service at Mosaic. Please sign up for these classes at the registration table downstairs in the Fellowship Hall. And did we mention that we have CHILD CARE for all classes? You can indicate how many children and their ages when you sign up for a class. Wednesday classes start on Oct. 8th and the Sunday class starts on Oct 5th. Class 101 – Wednesday night at 7:00 pm Class 201 – Wednesday night at 7:00 pm Sunday morning at 10:40 am (during the service; child care is Sunday School classes and nursery) Class 301 – Wednesday night at 7:00 pm Registration for these classes ENDS Sunday, September 28th, so sign up soon!! Be a GROWING disciple!
