One of the many reasons why I love to be outside in Gods beautiful creation...I feel the most calm and at peace when I am praying on a rock in the middle of a mountain river, my feet dangling in the refreshing water; reading a book under big tall trees, listening to the air move through the branches; lying in a field of grass and wild flowers; looking up into the vastness of either a blue sky or the heavens full of a million stars; or hiking a trail surrounded by the sights and smells I can only experience if I am willing to leave my comfort zone and challenge myself. Sharing these experiences with the people I love makes me the happiest. So, my hope for each of you is that you take some time today for yourself, grab someone you love and go for a walk...it doesnt have to be up a mountain... it can be around your block or down the street; just look at all the natural beauty that surrounds you, no matter where you are... Its always there and I can promise your heart will be full of gratitude, your blood pressure will decrease, and you will be filled with the sense that everything going on in your life will be okay. God had a plan when He created the Heavens and Earth for us... and He wants us to experience it fully. ❤☀ Happy Sunday!
