One of the more important, but less considered things about travel photography is how easy it is to get your camera out. If the effort is slightly more than the incentive, no photo gets taken. By complete fluke, I spotted a Berghaus zip top camera case a few years ago. They were being run out for about five bucks. I went back with my little Canon S95 and it was a perfect fit. It is a full depth support in an easy slide out. Of course, the prospective new camera, the Canon G7X doesnt fit. And Berghaus dont make that type of case any more and havent for some years. But I did find a guy in England, who has the slightly bigger sized one. Hes never used it, is happy to ship it to Australia for 20 bucks and just test fit his camera of similar size into it perfectly. Thank you, Internet.
