One of the most amazing experiences I had this year was definitely my visit to the birth home of Dr. Martin Luther King jr. in Atlanta, Georgia. It was a surreal walk back in time. We also visited his church where he preached and empowered countless men and women to stand up and demand change. Sitting there listening to his voice, as a recorded sermon was played over the speakers, I closed my eyes and imagined myself actually siting before Dr King. It was wholly overwhelming and just so moving. (Video to follow). Make 2015 your year to have incredible experiences. Treat this new year as though it were your last, because it very well could be. I learned from some amazingly strong women this past year who survived life threatening illnesses that every day, every minute counts. Let us resolve -no- COMMIT, that in 2015 we respect life and go after it rather than sitting around waiting for it. Life doesnt just happen, we create it. Create something AWESOME for 2015, I most certainly will!
