One of the most asked questions I get the most in my FB inbox is how do you deal with all the negative comments? Most times I am advised to just block some people. Let me share with you the secret, appreciate everyones thinking and ideas and only embrace progressive reasoning. I have said it here before, they only criticize the person with the ball, never the one without Your business is to play and score, what others say is up to them, whether you play well or not at the totality of 90 minutes is up to you. Commentators can have their say as the game proceeds, referees can stop the game at times, the crowd can jeer or cheer and analysts can project at half time - but for you, what matters is at the end of the 90 min game did you do all that can be done? Listen to all people even those who can only insult and gather the best so as to apply in the next game. In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus was quite specific: “But I tell you who hear me: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. Concentrate on the finish line, aim to finish the race, win or lose document your lessons, but run your race. Run your race.
