One of the most difficult things to overcome as Christian is controlling our emotions and how we react in difficult situations. Situations will come... James 1:2 count it all joy my brethren when you fall into various trials...wouldnt it be nice if we kept this mindset all of the time and were always on guard and prepared, ready when tested? The reality is that most of us arent and it almost always catches us off guard. One thing that is very important to remember is that we really are new creations in Christ. Now most of us when thinking about this scripture think about the victory in that we are no longer slaves or in bondage to the things we used to do.the old has passed away and the new has come.but we literally see are new creatures in Christ! We should walk in love, humility, tiredness, forgiveness, and meekness.meekness, now theres an interesting word which means strength under v control which is what this whole message is about.Prov 16:32 tells us he who can rule his spirit is.better than a man who takes a great city.As new creatures we must longer be conformed to the way we used to be but transformed by the renewing of our minds.renewing-look at how that suggests that this is a process. As is with everything as we become new creatures.it takes time and work. The more we walk in love it gets easier. Its important to control our emotions and how we respond when difficult situations arise. Rememb be swift to hear,slow to speak and slow to anger. There is power in our tongues. Be careful what u say, put the mind of Christ on daily as we overcome obstacles. I pray to be a man if God that is able to always Keep my Emotions in check and bring them into the submission to the high calling of Jesus Christ in my life.Amen.. Remember that we are to be examples to the world as well as beleivers. That for most people the only Jesus they will ever know is the one we show them. Remember who we are that we are embassadors to the most high God a royal priesthood and we ought to conduct ourselves as such. Presenting our bodies as s living sacrifice wich is our reasonable service, and let your speech be always seasoned w salt that you may know how to answer every man. Be prepared in season and out. Remember when the trial comes dont react but rather respond. I pray that if there is anybody who reads this that i have offended that they would forgive me. I also pray that u would run with this revelation that God has givin me as i will. Lets finish the race together,and lets win some souls. He who wins souls is wise. Walk in love mighty warriors!
