One of the most gym motivational things i have read in my life! Just imagine you busted your ass in the gym, you attacked the weights, applied 100% focus and never wavered mentally or physically. From the beginning of the day to the end, your nutrition was spot on. You addressed everything, protein, good fats, carbs for fuel, micronutrients. You took a supplement stack at the most optimal time to promote recovery and muscle growth, a stack that costs you $250 a month. After that absolutely perfect day you have gained 15gms of muscle. Hardly seems worth it. Now imagine you do that day after day. Five perfect growth stimulating workouts per week, Seven days of perfect nutrition. You put on 75gms of muscle a week. Hardly seems worth it. You do it for a year, 3.9kgs of muscle. People notice a difference. Five years later youve put on 19.5kgs of muscle and look like a different person.
