One of the perks of my job over the years is that I get up close to a lot of hugely talented people, some are politicians and I have watched them take a room of 5 or 6 thousand people along with them, some are comedians and I have watched them shaping routines, some are accomplished singers/songwriters and I have watched them crafting a hit from scratch, some are painters (I spent a morning once with Marlene Dumas in Amsterdam)...What Id really love to be able to do is put together a collection of behind the scenes...where you expose the skeleton of how something lasting and really significant is created. Its like finding a manuscript by a great writer with all the notes in the margins or lines crossed out....Just saying I have a cool job.....
