One of the positive things I can do for myself is keep myself healthy, manage the foods I eat, exercised and keep my sanity . Itll take awhile but give me me 1 year or two lol . exercise can help ward off depression, stress, and anxieties. Ask your Doctor his advice, also join us at Zumba too. Watching what I eat is my plan 2015 . Thanks also Herbalife for those nutritional shakes, thanks Dad for leaving the exercise equipment, thanks Melija for teaching me the toning sticks and thanks family gym for opening up a gym close to my work, thank you Melija Talent Development Center.
