One of the primary ways of reducing health care costs in this country is through individual participation. Look, a few years back I had great health insurance. I didnt think about costs. I just went to the doctor, let them send me where ever and do whatever. I didnt shop around for the best prices on MRIs, CAT scans etc. I didnt care---it was paid for. Today, we simply cant sustain such as system and expect everyone to be able to receive health care. We have to start being responsible consumers of health care-its that simple. People are whining because NOW they will have to READ, look for information, MAKE A CHOICE.
