One of the reasons this video doesnt have many Japanese eager for English acquisition is explained. All vocabularies needed for science and technology etc are prepared for the Japanese language. All the academic books are the Japanese language. And science and technology of Japan is world top class. (For example, in the 1600s, Japan preceded research of algebra rather than Europe.) Therefore, the lesson of a Japanese university doesn’t need English. There is a scientist without English skill in the Japanese scientists who got the Nobel Prize.
