One of the saddest days in my mothers side of the family. =( My uncle and our neighbor in Catigan both got killed this afternoon along Toril Highway. It looks like a head on collision. They were on the right lane and were not overspeeding at all. But probably nag overtake and Metroshuttle bus and hit them =( We are all asking WHY? Such a tragic death. My uncle, Lito Mansilagan Balagon was a quite, hard working farmer who always gave us fruits and vegetables whenever the land yielded crops. While this jolly and kind neighbor of hours whom we call as Nong Bulit was always very kind generous and friendly as well to us. Also, Id like to call out a thorough investigation of the footage. Kasi nawala ang pera na nasa sling bag ng Tito ko. It had P40,000 in it, pambili sana ng farm supplies. Calling out the authorities City Government of Davao to please check the CCTV and catch whoever took the money. Grabe naman, namatayan na nga, ninakawan pa ng pera. My cousins are just farmers kids. The youngest still about to turn 4 years old. His Kuya has dreams of finishing school as well. Ang dali para sa iba to disobey traffic rules when to them no one seems to get hurt. Pero if loved ones involved na, masakit din. Please dont do unto others what you dont want them to do unto you. Dahil di niyo alam, grabeng pasakit ang naidulot ng pagka iresponsable on the road. These are people who were loved and cherished. Who worked hard to provide for their families. Now, they will be missed and left grieving loved ones who are still in so much pain for the sudden loss. =(
