One of the things Im trying to contain is the immediate judgment. There is a thin line. I dont feel making an assumption for a possible out come, a reason something is done a certain way, or even something about another person is a bad thing. Its one of the most important parts of my career in making multiple decisions in a matter of moments. But the most important part of this is to know its not the set in stone. Be willing to actually accept that a judgment might be wrong even as youre making it. It seems silly but this video is a great example of it. I heard a rumor at one point in my life that T-Pain was a terrible singer and that his auto tune did all the work. With that same assumption I still tipped my hat for him to make it happen in his career. Until I saw this...
