One of the very best parts of working in early intervention is the joy of sharing some important moments with families of children with developmental delays and disabilities. Sometimes those milestones are common to many children, such as taking first steps. Sometimes those milestones are a little different, such as using a communication device to ask for more. Either way, those events are special, and we are privileged to share in them with families.
