One question, many answers: “How do I heal this? Post an inquiry and the myriad and variety of suggestions can seem as overwhelming as whats looking to be addressed! How can you know whats best? Is it like ordering a dish at a restaurant?: You dont know which one you like the most until you try a few — which could get expensive and time consuming. So, do we then get frustrated by there being so many choices, or do we embrace the menu — the question and the journey of answering it? Maybe each practitioner and practice has a piece of the puzzle? If we’re too focused on finding the one cause and the one relief mechanism, we can miss the golden nuggets on the way! Almost everyone I work with says, “I was led to you”, or “I asked God for a resource” or “Your name popped up somehow.” I’ve heard this enough to trust that something bigger than me is running the show. Stay present. Open. And allow what comes to fill in the blanks. Even if what comes is a series of practitioners, books, or alike, trust that each has a purpose. Why not order everything on the menu; aren’t you worth it?
