Make concentration during having food Keep distance of at least 3 hours between meal & sleep and even between two meals (B’coz stomach needs sufficient time to digest the previous food, and make it separate in blood and waste) Be polite and calm. Keep faith in God. Do not take more stress. Make company with good friends. Always keep positive thinking. Always try to help others. Avoid Day Sleep (Wake up late in the morning hours and even sleep during afternoon hours except feeling tired or in hot climate). Avoid sleeping in late night. Remember: (Early to bed and early to rise, That is the way to be healthy and wise) One must avoid all the extra activities during having meal (do not talk or look around like watching television, reading newspapers etc.) Do not drink much water after having meal Do not sleep immediately after having meal Avoid anger, tension, worries, lust etc. Do not think negatively.
