One thing I find rather disturbing is the idea of pop up restaurants. Are these restaurants necessary and are these restaurants going to have to comply with the same rules and regulations as the existing business. If the restaurants were to undergo an audit by law they are supposed to not only be able to produce at random their licence and business registration but also a current copy or their trades and practices act and other business requisites and requirements on hand. Are these pop up restaurants going to have to comply with the same rules and regulations. I also fail to understand how I have to sit exams/practicals whilst others can print off their certificates on line and costs nothing? Over in other countries they tried this and found that many of the consumers were the losers to the temporary stores as most of the shops became shop fronts and when they tried to exchange or people became ill the shop had packed up and gone and all that was left was an empty store or tax payers footing the medical bills because the cause is not stopped front line before it reaches the digestion, this mean there is a lot of faeces to go through to get to the sources. If you were to do the maths then if we promote, support better and nurture what we have already then we can then grow forward together and increase the stores or the services. To set up more stores with businesses scaling down what they offer because of the battle to keep a float and stay open then these pop up stores with be all that is left and residents with increased rates. We have gone through some tough times and with the Primary Producers starting to get back into production and starting to spend then this will promote growth as they come into the small towns to buy the little wheels and then the larger towns for the big wheels. If we don’t support what we have now then it will be like the small corner milk bars they will close and more money will be spend driving for miles just for that carton of milk increasing the costs that at the time may seem cheaper but if you work out the fuel and the time spent away from your activities or loved ones as well as lack of exercise and endorphins, natural pain killers because you are always in the car increasing emissions. An extra dollar at the corners is the $5.00 profit over long terms.
