One thing I know for sure about the delta, most fast food places, department stores and convenience stores have the RUDEST customer service employees. Ive worked in the public over 20+ years and Ive NEVER been rude. I always speak to my customers and build a relationship with em. I know these ppl do not have to shop where I work, they CHOOSE to. Customers are job security. So before you bounce off to work with your bad attitude remember that. If you cant muster up the good person deep inside you do us , the general public, a favor and STAY HOME.
