One thing about about my page.. I like to add a piece of my dark poetry so you can see that you are NOT alone.. I deal with depression and Anxiety much like a lot of you.. Some people show theres through their tears, through anger, music, art and more.. I express mine through my poetry.. Often I write to ease the hurt I have overflowing in my heart.. Feels so much better when the tears hit the paper..
