One would hope ... "There may ultimately be only one antidote for the rise in sociopathic behavior. Those that want a kinder, gentler society must stand up to the wolves and sharks and draw boundaries that limit their effectiveness and success. By emphasizing the virtues of kindness and empathy once again, both to our neighbors and our children, we can help society become reacquainted with true emotional success that only comes from forming meaningful bonds and attachments with others. Behaving in an unselfish way with concern for others can be rewarding and can replace the shallow and vacuous experiences associated with sociopathic behavior. Hopefully, the ability to feel love, to express love, to experience loyalty towards others and to care how others feel will again become a cultural norm
