One year ago today I received the phone call that no parent ever wants to get, your child has been in an accident. People that truly know me understand that Im a very private person, so its not easy for me to share this pain on fb for the world to see. My hope is that through my loss I might somehow be a blessing to someone else. This year has been the hardest of my entire life. I miss my baby girl everyday, you can never understand the sadness unless youve experienced it. Thank you to my dearest friends, you know who you are, that stayed at the hospital with me for the 9 days that Sarah was there. Thank you to the good people of Des Arc whose love and compassion overwhelmed us . Thank you to all of Sarahs friends for loving her and my family. After 9 days in ICU, Sarah went to be with the Lord on Nov.22. I dont understand why God allowed this to happen but I do know this; God is good, God is always in control and He loves us so much that He allowed his Son to die for the sins of the world, Hes coming back again very soon and one day, I will see Sarah Nell again.
