One year ago today I was nervously getting ready to run my first Marathon, The Marine Corps Marathon. It was one of the most inspiring, amazing and exhausting feat I have ever done!! Just one foot after the other we trudged along for 26.2 miles. I am in awe of our military for everything they sacrifice for us everyday. Especially the main reason I ran this race, My 3 sons. Thank you. If they can serve, I can run 26.2 miles You guys are my inspiration everyday. Also a big thanks to Nicole Dollarhide for accomplishing this with me and a year of training! and Hal Marshall, Jeff Lewis and Barb Bennett for being at the finish line.
