OneKenyaOneLanguageOneHistoryOneVisionOneGod! Makiwa wanaKenya! Makiwa wanaKenya! Latest terror raid at a shopping centre in the Kenyan capital Nairobi at Westgate Westland that has left at least 59 people dead and 150 others injured should be awake call not merely Kenyan authorities and the people but the entire global community over renewed terror attacks against crusaders and their associates with a clear view to demoralise and frustrate their efforts. Similar madness was meted out in 1998 which targeted American interests in Nairobi and Dar Tanzania which saw 224 dead and 5,000 sustained injuries. Coming at time when Kenyans and African AMISON troops are celebrating their efforts which saw a newly born Somalia with the rule of law and respect human dignity and development after three decades of lawlessness with no respect of the rule of law should not be tolerated at whatever the cost or the eventuality or seen to relent in liberating Somalians from Al-qaeda related network who are fighting tooth and nail to see Somalia turned into pieces and not a peaceful, united and self-sustaining and supporting sovereign state. The twin attack which also hit Somalia capital Mogadishu at same leaving injuries of scores of people is a clear testimony that infamous Somalia insurgents the Al Shabaab are to blame for such atrocity against humanity. The Somali militant group al-Shabab, which has links to al-Qaeda and previously ran much of southern Somalia known for enforcing a strict version of Sharia law indicates flushing the insurgents is far from over. Somali militant group al-Shabab which has claimed responsibility for the attack shows either last kicks of a dying horse or regrouping of the militiamen. According to BBC world service source, its a big lesson to refocus the terror question to a view to accord it anew thinking aimed at turning the tables and the status quo. More Efforts by AU and UN security team is needed to reverse the situation. Those who lost their lives encompasses Europeans, Africans, Asians all killed and injured by this atrocity. Unity among Kenyan society and across political divide is a step forward. The demise of Kenyans and other nationalities sends clear message nobody is safe and thus calls for combined efforts by the world to curb the ever increasing terror attacks. l join Kenyans and world community in condemning the heinous attack which saw loss of lives of some family members in the attack we urge Kenya never be cowed by the infamous attack and maybe reconsider pulling forces out of southern Somalia instead tighten the belt till law and order and respect of human lives are accorded priority in Somalia and her neighbourhood. "While we mourn with Global families, we call upon world governments to do whatever possible to assist in bringing the perpetrators of this abhorrent violence to justice, and assist families affected in the attack socially , economically and morally . God bless Kenya!.
