When you send us your audio for mastering, your tracks will be analyzed by an experienced engineer. After we get an overall impression of the existing sound balance, your song is then professionally mastered using an appropriate chain of top drawer analog and digital equipment. Turnaround time for single song mastering is generally 2 business days. The best way to send us your multi track session files is to send the individual tracks in WAV or AIFF format (dont change the sample rate or bit rate), all the tracks should be consolidated from the starting point of the session. Please label each file correctly (eg Main Vocal, Kick Drum, etc...) this makes it a lot easier when discussing possible edits an for general tidiness of the project. Revisions Once you hear our mix, there may be things you want to change about it. Simply call or email us with your change requests and we will implement those changes and send you another updated mix at no additional charge. 1. Prepare Audio & Upload For optimal results please do not over apply compression, EQ, or limiting to the stereo master bus. However, you may add processing to the individual tracks within the mix. Although its good practice to get a strong signal, dont let the audio clip. Getting your master bus to peak at a maximum of around -3dB to -6dB gives us headroom to work with your audio.
