Click the Agreement with Terms and Conditions 4. Click Send 4. Wait for an email confirmation (this email will inform you about your entry number and other instructions - make sure that your email is working and accessible) 5. Upon receipt of the entry number you can now submit your artworks to any Petron Bulkplants nationwide or at the Petron Secretariat Office at 28 Paseo de Roxas corner Jupiter St., Bel-Air IV, Makati City. Do not forget to put the entry number at the back of your entries.
