PIYO is a total-body fitness program designed to whip you into shape from head to toe. It’s a combination of Pilates and Yoga which will help you build STRENGTH, LOSE WEIGHT, increase FLEXIBILITY and TONE. Chalene Johnson, the founder of the Turbo Kick system Turbo Jam & Turbo Fire, created PIYO. The program is designed for people who want the mind-body benefits of a Yoga or Pilates workout, but with a higher-energy, higher-sweat class. PiYo is an 8-week program, in which the intensity increases gradually every week. There is a total of 10 different workouts, each day is different ranging from 25 to 35 minutes. You get one-day rest per week. You will NOT be alone during this program, as I will follow you on a weekly basis and you will have access to my ongoing Support group for PIYO Challengers.
